The pool areas were well-maintained and enjoyable.

The entertainment was quite lacking, and our kids found it hard to engage with the mini club activities, which varied daily with little guidance on scheduling. We were quite disappointed with the communication issues, as even the reception staff seemed unaware of the entertainment program. slamming doors throughout the building disrupted our peace, waking us up at all hours.

The hotel has a fantastic location, just a few steps from Cala Millor and with easy access to the beautiful Punta de n'Amer, perfect for enjoying leisurely strolls and park views. the spacious suites were clean and well looked after, making it a nice place to relax after a day of exploring.
